We are a SINGAPORE BASED PRIVATE EQUITY firm that seeks to acquire OR PARTNER, actively manage, and grow privately-held small to medium-sized businessES that ARE currently, or has the potential to become, a leader in its industry. While we are industry agnostic, we have a set of Criteria we rigorously apply in our evaluation of opportunities.
